We were all women, but we were given a room on the second floor. We were all carrying heavy luggage. We asked if we could move downstairs, but we were told all the rooms were sold out. We were staying two nights, and no one was staying downstairs. There was even a little dishwashing liquid left in the kitchen, and no dishes were being washed, so we had to wash them by hand. The kitchen only had a microwave, and it was said to be fully equipped. When I booked the room, I saw there was a barbecue area, but my room didn't have one. And the barbecue area are very dusty like the picture you see, The trash was full, but it wasn't taken care of because it wasn't cleaned at all. I booked two nights, so there must be trash to be taken care of, right? They couldn't possibly ask me to do it myself. We washed the dishes and returned them perfectly. Did we even have to take out the trash ourselves? The sofa in the room was also filthy. The washing machine was also filthy, and they charged a high price. There was no mention of paid laundry anywhere in the booking. It's a four-star hotel, but the service was terrible, unhelpful, and dirty. For the price, combined with all these issues, it's simply terrible! In summary, this hotel is only worth two s ta r

The apartment need to be renovated for the condition of the taps in bathroom and kitchen. U can see the green marks and rusty smell from tap water due to the old piping. The tap is missing from the spa bath issue 4 months ago. Do not go for room 219 for the bad smell and the noise coming from housekeeper downstairs. After changing to room 203 the spa bath is without tap and kitchen tap is old need to be fixed. The good point for room 203 is the balcony facing to the ocean view. We booked the one bedroom apartment with spa bath and paid almost Aud 600 for two nights. The hotel manager Tony said he told us this is the best he could do for our request to change room 219 to 203 on our check in date 12Sep. He is aware of kitchen sink and spa bath issue in room 203. He said no repair will be done to the spa bath tap for this period. We provided the feedback to the booking.com on this suitation and we will wait for good reply from the booking.com customer service. If you are looking for good spa then you can ignore for this period abd best you can check with the manager Tony directly. Hope you can go through photos posted by me and also by other customers in this year for your selection of stay. Happy Spring season for all in Perth!

We recently spent seven nights at the Pinnacles edge Resort staying in a large street side (quieter room for the age impaired) one bedroom self contained unit on the second floor which can be expanded as most units have ajoining studio apartments, it had everything we needed including Washer/Dryer, large fridge, Microwave, cook top and even a BBQ on our spacious balcony, its very kid friendly with a large fenced central pool and lawn area for them to run riot. Shops nearby and the resort has its own bar and some nights dinner is available. However there is a tavern right next door that serves delicious meals and also shops very close by including the all important liquor store in case you run low supplies. Great placed and loved our stay, will definitely return.

My wife & I stayed at the Pinnacles Edge Resort, Cervantes for 2 nights. This was our first stop from Perth on our WA road trip. ||The motel on first impressions is it is well kept. |We were allocated a ground floor basic room, this room was very basic, not particularly clean & smelled very musty. We requested a different room & decided to pay to upgrade to a first floor apartment which cost us $122 au. ||The apartment was far better than the basic room we were originally given. There was a gas hob, fridge, microwave in the kitchen area. There was also a dining table. The lounge area had a sofa & a TV. Off the lounge there was a large balcony with a bbq. ||The bedroom had a double bed which was comfortable enough. There was a wardrobe for hanging clothing. Off the bedroom was a large bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, a vanity sink & a separate shower unit. There was also a washing machine/drier in there as well as an iron &...
