On the day we attended, we needed a #disabled parking spot and were lucky enough to fluke one that is separated from the others nearby by cement bordering. Meant that we did not have to worry about anyone else bumping into and scratching our new wheelchair accessible vehicle, which gave great piece of mind whilst we shopped. The centre itself was very spacious as well as clean and well maintained open areas and amenities such as toilets etc. Completely wheelchair accessible! There is a large lift available for anyone needing to go between floors whether it be for prams, trolleys, wheely walkers or wheelchair bound like myself. The shops themselves are easy to find with the self assisted maps or else use of the concierge desk... those on duty whilst we were in attendance were very polite and friendly whilst also dressed and appearing very professional. I was blown away by the food court as it's been a few years since we were there last and so much has changed!! The set up with hanging plants etc gives such a beautiful, cosy, almost posh type of appearance which we loved. So upset that Kingsleys chicken was no longer there (as that is what we were all wanting to have that after so many years without).... but such a large variety of other food types that we were satisfied once getting over the initial disappointment lol. All in all such a wonderful place to shop and #thankyou to management and all staff for ensuring a great wandering/ shopping experience for our day out.

My personal favorite mall in Canberra. Large variety of retail shops with staff who overall have excellent customer service. Epic hair is a must go for all your hair care neededs. You might even be lucky enough to get a massage while waiting. Sushi hub staff are super friendly and even provided a free cup of water for my baby giant Flemish rabbit. He happily sat and drank while I enjoyed the plant seating area and sushi. Share tea... I'm def not sharing my tea. Even if my Flemish rabbit give me puppy eyes and insists he must have some. Although when I get a simple green tea. I do often treat him to some. His favorite! Bras and things have an excellent range and diligent staff who make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. It's a very personal thing purchasing bras and other items. Free bra sizing is highly recommend. Multiple other shops which are pleasent and welcoming. I'm disappointed that TK Max is closing down. This was one the first stores I went to in Woden and the reason I branched out into the mall itself. I'm honestly not a shopper for retail items and have multiple disabilities , although invisible to most but I feel comfortable here. I often drive from the other side town to visit here. As the whole mall is inving and sensory pleasing.

Westfield Woden, also known as Woden Plaza, back in the day... Woden Plaza was opened to the public in 1972 and still continues to serve the community to the surrounding area and beyond... I had changed my review from 4 to 5 stars as I forgot to add the most important person in my life!, I saw a beautiful woman working at Williams Shoe Store one day in 1992 downstairs next to DJ'S, (my wife💞) so yes you can get anything you want or need from Westfield Woden! The plaza had a name change in the early 2004-5 to what is known as Westfield Woden. Over the years, it has grown to match the growing community where the community can find everything, from banking clothing, supermarkets to Butches and bakers, and some great restaurants and large food court near the cinema... There is a lot of parking available with some undercover and some in opened space which can be found of Hindmarsh Drive Phillip, just check for road closure as there's alot of construction going on in the area... Very clean toilet facilities are available. Thank you! Westfield Woden owner with remaining me of the best thing I ever got from your Plaza.

This review is to say what an unexpectedly understanding, kind and professional hairdresser I found in Tok mid May 2025. I told her I’d previously tried a hairdresser that was highly recommended to me, but whose cutting style left my right side clearly longer than the left and - despite my insistence that I didn’t want any layering - did layer my hair (and more on the left than the right) which only ‘worked/was seen’ by combing it to stay in one place. I added that thinning was also done in the layering, removing a lot of the body of my hair, and to the ends of my hair which produced the beginning of ‘rat tails’, which I hate, and which then necessitated shortening my hair till there was no more sign of them. I also told her that this disaster cost me $55. Tok showed understanding and sympathy (totally absent in the previous hairdresser), and then expertly cut my right side in such a way that it wasn’t any longer so obviously unlike the left side, and properly trimmed the ends of my hair which neither had been cut straight. Moreover, she only took several minutes to accomplish this. Further, she only charged me $10 and gave me a $5 voucher to use by 30 June 2025. I was so delighted and grateful to her! Tok’s sincere personal manner and expertise impressed me deeply, and I shall be returning to Just Cuts and highly recommending Just Cuts to others from now on. I hope Tok is appropriately valued and commended by Just Cuts...

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed with Westfield Woden Car Park Management

Really disappointed with the way Westfield Woden’s car park management handled our situation. We were overcharged $55 due to a malfunction with the parking machine. To sort it out, we had to make a special trip back a week later — a complete inconvenience — just to get a refund.

At first, they said we’d only get $20 back, which was ridiculous considering the time and hassle. The girls at the desk were understanding and tried to help by submitting a refund request for $35, but someone higher up in management decided we weren’t entitled to even that.

🌟 Five Stars for Zoe! 🌟

Zoe was absolutely incredible today. She was so patient and understanding — she could tell I wasn’t happy and yet stayed calm, composed, and professional the entire time. Her kindness and control really stood out. She went above and beyond to be accommodating and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I’m genuinely grateful for Zoe’s help today — her attitude and approach deserve recognition.

Thank you, Zoe, for your care and professionalism.

5 star still stands with Else and Harper were absolutely lovely and welcoming. They greeted us with warm smiles as soon as we arrived at the desk and assisted us straight away with our inquiry, which they resolved immediately. Their friendly and professional manner made the whole...
