During my dining experience here with a few of my friends I was greeted with a concerning service from the staff. We had ordered food and it took over an hour to arrive. There was only a few other tables, I can’t imagine what it would be like if it was fully booked out or at a peak time. After we had ordered, we were faced with a small handful of workers who were hard to communicate with, it felt as though they did not know what they were doing. I was surprised to find that our food was delivered and the order was called out quietly, making it hard to figure out who had ordered what. I was ashamed when they had also lacked to communicate that particular portions that were ordered separately were served together and it was intended for us to share it between us. Since we were unaware, we went to ask about why we were missing some of our order and they had informed us that it would be an extra charge because we had already received it. Not to mention, when we had gone to pay there was a much excessive surcharge. In addition to this, we were required to pay together as we were not able to pay separately, which made it hard to sort out what we were going to order. Furthermore, our dishes were left at our table for an excessive time, not once had someone come to clear them. Otherwise, the dessert options were very...

Saengjan Thai is truly a hidden gem nestled in Horsham! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness, making us feel like we’d just discovered a local treasure. The service is beyond attentive; the staff were not only friendly but went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every question we had about the menu was answered with passion and care, which made us feel instantly at ease.

Now, the food—wow! Each dish is a vibrant explosion of flavors, authentically Thai and expertly prepared. The pad Thai was absolutely perfect, with that delicate balance of sweet, savory, and tangy notes. The green curry was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of heat that lingered without overpowering. Even the appetizers, like the crispy spring rolls and the wonderfully fragrant tom yum soup, were standouts, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal.

What makes Saengjan Thai even more special is how it feels like a local secret. Tucked away in Horsham, it’s one of those places you might walk past—until you step inside and realize you’ve found something truly remarkable. Whether you’re a lover of Thai cuisine or simply looking for a great meal, Saengjan Thai is the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone craving a delicious, authentic...

As you are seated, there is water at the table and the decor overall is appealing and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

We stopped for a quick lunch ( majority of restaurants did not open till 5pm )

The menu offered good variety in both food and respectable wines, beers, spirits and softdrinks.

The young waitress was very friendly, yet professional and accommodating.

We had Thai fish cakes each for an entree and one chicken and one crispy beef Pad Tai dish as a main.

We shared a couple of Penfolds cab/sav and Coronas with lime with our meals.

We topped it off with the best presented deep fried ice cream.

Overall the food was great and will be back to have a variety for dinner soon.

Plenty of seating... Looked like at least 100. With 2 separate seating areas, this venue in wheelchair friendly, the amenities were spotless and would be suitable for small or large groups, be it a private quick visit, functions or conferences.

The prices were realistic and overall a great experience.

Happily recommend and will be on my fav...

An absolute gem! During a recent trip through Horsham we were lucky enough to find Saengjan Thai. The entrance is located down the side of the building and once inside the staff greeted us quickly and found us a table even though we didn’t have a reservation. To be honest it was hard to decide as everything sounded great but we landed on the Duck Pancake, Chicken Pad Kee Mow and a serve of Roti bread with Peanut Sauce to share. Even though they were busy, the food came out quickly and was delicious! The pancake itself was different than we had expected but nonetheless we loved it. And the Pad Kee Mow and Roti bread dishes were packed with flavour - so good! Thankfully we’d saved some room and decided to also order the Banana Dumpling with Coconut Ice Cream for desert and we were not disappointed - a Thai desert that perfectly hit the spot! We really enjoyed our evening here, the staff were super attentive and the restaurant itself is quite spacious. And the food…. fantastic!
