Presotea — Attraction in Joondalup

Staff are rude! I ordered 4 drinks. Paid happily with eftpos, when collecting I asked for a bag they said .20 cents I said I don’t have money they literally tapped in .20 on their machine and expected me to pay. I said no, checked my bag for any coins, found .10c offered that they wouldn’t except that and tapped .20, on their eftpos machine. At this time I was frustrated and saddened at the way they were treating me. I asked again nicely can I please just get a bag they still wouldn’t budge and were desperate to get a lousy .20c from me. At this point I had enough, I just couldn’t believe how mean they were, now I’m a regular here. I then said look, that’s it! I want my money back! They were at first reluctant to give my money back. It was clear the drinks had not be unsealed. The 3 girls there spoke in their language, it was obvious at this point they were talking about me in their language because prior to this they spoke clear English. Just very rude. Walked in at 524pm as had seen others leaving with beverages. They had the closed sign up. I asked what time they close and 3 girls looked unsure like they didn’t want to respond then one said 5. A quick google check said 530 which I let her know to which she responded “oh it’s tuesday yes we close at 530 I forgot” ...a clear lie & she never even bothered to offer to make me my drink....
