Excellent food but just some problem with a disrespectful staff. I ordered a Beef Pho and Crispy Chicken Fried Rice which I always order for the past 2 years. Only problem is the one who took my order can’t understand what I wanted so another lady who usually served me took the order. She asked me if I wanted the Chicken Fried rice so thinking it was my order I said yes though that was a diffrent item. I ended up returning it and changing my order. But when I returned to pick up my Crispy Chicken Fried Rice this guy who served started to yell at me sayong next time to make sure I ordered right. I quickly told him that it is not my fault and he should not yell at me. Miscommunication is sometimes the problem and the one who took my order does not seem to know what I was ordering. It was a miss for me. I took some fresh rice paper rolls with roast pork. One of the rolls was completely broken, they didn’t bother to re-roll it again, opting to put the broken part underneath. This is a lack of consideration for the customer. It was very bland and unbalanced compared to rolls I had in other places including Vietnam. Mostly rice vermicelli, hardly any meat or lettuce very little mint. The sauce was ok, although not the classic one I had before, but at least it gave some taste. Terrible long waits and poor service during busy periods. 3 times we have had over a 25 minute wait for a take away of something simple off the grill… unless you are happy for to wait for loooong time don’t bother or just get something pre made in the front food warmer. Really poor communication with staff when following up our order and have had to get a refund because I couldn’t wait that long with a baby. It’s a shame because when they actually do give you the food it’s b dry good but damn if you said a 20+ minute wait I’d go to the next option in the food court… it’s supposed to be...
