Springwood Mall — Attraction in Logan City

Had a bad experience here at Springwood Mall, along with many other people. Car was locked in the underground parking after 6pm after we parked in the basement parking because there were no more parking spaces at Hwaro92. I understand this is our mistake as we did not read the hours of operation for the basement parking, but we tried calling the: Security number Management number After hours emergency number And nobody picked up for all three even with the after hours number. We live pretty far away so it was very inconvenient to get back to our home and we had to collect our car in the morning. Thankfully, there was a kind cleaner in the centre who helped us get our house keys and some frozen groceries from our car, but couldn’t open the roller doors for us. He then informed us that the security had left already, which is just horrible and careless for any shopping centre. We had to ask a friend to drive us home and then we returned by public transport in the morning, taking 2 hours on a Monday morning! It was so frustrating! This management is terrible, at least stay so that if anyone calls you can open the door for them and they have some way to get home! If you see this review, please do read the opening hours of the car park. If you don’t want your car locked overnight and have to get it in the morning. If you can’t find someone to let you in the car park then you can’t even get home. The management really needs to step it up.
