mogom Korean Kitchen — Restaurant in Logan City

First time dining here, ordered quite a few dishes. The corn dog taste exactly just like those frozen ready made ones I bought from Korean supermarkets, not sure if it's made from scratch in the restaurant. The Tornado potato is quite a lot down as it taste very bland with very little snowy cheese powder. The Tobokki here if compare to others we have tried in other restaurants are last in place. The sauce we feel are quite diluted, lack of flavour, however the rice cake are soft and chewy texture which we all like. The Kimchi pancake is crispy and delicious. The half half boneless chicken in sweet chilli and soy sauce are delicious and succulent. Overall food are good, will return but not so soon as we are constantly on the hunt for more...

We would eat at Mogom every day if we could, the food is so delicious, servings generous, and staff so friendly. They use fresh high quality ingredients, sticky black rather than white rice, and give complimentary side dishes. Our favourites are korean army stew, kimchi fried rice, spicy beef rib soup, kimchi tofu soup, kimchi pancake, spicy pork jeyeuk, and chestnut makgeolli (the nectar of the gods). Today we visited Mogom, but we left disappointed. When we first arrived, we were told to wait outside for 10 minutes although the restaurant was almost empty and the tables were clean. The staff were very friendly, but had some issues. When our food arrived we were given no cutlery and one of our menu items sat on the bench for over 5 minutes before it was delivered to the wrong table and then returned to the kitchen.
