Red Rooster Springwood — Restaurant in Logan City

This happened on March 06, 2025 at around 2:30pm to 3pm. I ordered a meal at the counter and the staff who process my order came back to me after 5 minutes telling me that it will took 20 minutes for my order and ask if I want a refund instead so I said yes because I’m on a hurry. She doesn’t know how to process refund so she asked some other staff to help with the refund, the other staff then came and and I told her I want a refund since it will took 20 minutes for my order so she started doing something on POS machine and told me the refund will take few days before going back into my account but instead of refunding me, she charged me again the same amount!!! So I walked back to the store to tell her that she just charged me again, and she then started doing something on the POS machine and said the same thing that it will took few days before it will go back to my account and I said I need a receipt because I don’t trust her anymore after what she just did and she said there is no receipt available!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! It’s been 4 days and still I haven’t received any refund!!! I DOUBT IT IF SHE REALLY PROCESSED MY REFUND OR NOT!!! I WILL GO BACK AFTER FEW MORE DAYS AND I WILL GET THE POLICE INVOLVED TO REVIEW YOUR...

If i could I wouldn't give them any stars. I witnessed the most disgusting behaviour tonight. The young lady behind the counter had about 5 people who were deaf walk in and what I witnessed made me sick! She laughed at them and teased them knowing they couldn't hear her it was awful. She then couldnt remember who ordered what and just shoved meals at them and walked away. Then being smart walked out and shouted out an order and walked away knowing they couldn't hear her. She didn't even have the decency to walk over to them or show them to receipt to show them what the order is. She continued to laugh at them until one of them got so upset with her bad service he tried to write something down and she ignored him. I went and spoke to the manager and told her she needed to offer better training to her staff and that she should have stepped in instead of standing and watching this all unfold. I told the young girl that she just made ordering a meal feel like climbing mt everest for those people and she laughed and walked away. Absolutely disgusting and if she were my child I would be ashamed! You all need training in customer service and common sense...

Orderd a large ripper box and a 5 doller sub box fresh chips and extra seasoning for both we payed and got to the window to collect our order but no one was there we waited for around 20min before i knocked on the window when the lady came to yhe window i asked her whats happening with our food she said "yea sorry bout that where still waiting on the tenders" i then replied saying well you should have yold us there would be a wait she then asked if we would like roast chiken on the ripper roll instead mum said that will be fine we then waited about another 10 min for the lady to come back with our food. while eating it the chips where cold the roast chiken on my ripper roll was cold and the 1 tender we got was cold too the chips didnt have the extra seasoning the only thing that was hot was the gravy it was like while waiting all that time our food was served up for the most part but left sitting there to get cold. My mum and i are not happy with our meal or the lady that served us poor quality foor and even poorer customer service we wont be coming back youve...
