I would be willing to overlook the average atmosphere and service, if the food was good, but it wasn’t. The four different meals we had at our table were very average. Left feeling disappointed.

In response to your reply: Your response to my review was very much written in the same tone that we experienced on the evening – HEAVY HANDED, OVER THE TOP and RUDE! Before writing my review, I was very aware of the importance of not being reactional, therefore, the two sentences I choose to write reflected our thoughts on the food, atmosphere and service. Afterall, writing a review is about having the ability to be objective and fair to the business, not a personal attack." You, however, have decided to turn it into a slanging match, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

With my son’s 18 birthday only one week off, it did escape us that we were in a licenced restaurant, hence the flippant remark my husband made in jest. The fact that you felt it necessary to come over and read us the ‘RIOT ACT’, should have been warning enough for us to leave, but as I pointed out to you, it was my husband’s birthday and we were trying to have a lovely evening. I understand the fines are hefty for under aged drinking, however a simple ‘sorry, we cannot serve your son’ would have sufficed.

Your wait staff had changed their demeanour towards us and on top of that our meals were average. The fact the you feel it necessary to prove me wrong on this with ‘CCTV footage’ is laughable. However, I can see you have thrown the ‘CCTV footage card’ around on other reviews.

Your shouty capitals, name calling and sarcasm in your reply, again shows the lack of professionalism at this establishment. Wild horses couldn’t...

Food, WOW!! Service, AMAZING!! Atmosphere and decor, FANTASTIC!!... I don't normally leave reviews but we were all so impressed with our whole experience here I felt the need to share. Before even setting foot in the place, Steven was kind enough to accomodate our late booking for 15 people for my nephews 18th. Right from the moment we arrived the lovely young girl (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) who greeted, seated then served us, was bubbly, attentive and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she did it all with a smile. What a great asset to you guys. Then the food came. OMG! Everyone, and I mean, EVERYONE (including my fussy mother) was so impressed. There was a moment of silence (which is something that doesn't happen often at my family gatherings) as we all started digging in. After a couple of minutes, all up and down the table you could hear you gotta try this, no you gotta try THIS lol. We had everything from the deliciously sweet and smoky bbq ribs, that literally just fell off the bone, to the sky-high Trump tower (my dad's eyes bugged out and he didn't even know where to begin haha) to the deliciously cheesey philly cheese steak and Mac daddy to the melt in your mouth black opal sirloin and all that's in between. Then to top it off, the whole crew came out to sing happy birthday to my nephew. We can't wait to come back and make our way through their entire menu. Food & drinks extremely overpriced. Couldn't eat the "satay chicken" as it was soppy liquid barely any rice or chicken tasted so bad. The onion rings were just batter full of old tasting oil absolutely disgusting. When asked how everything was by the waitress i told her my exact thoughts & she just said "I'll pass that onto the kitchen" & we still had to pay for everything even though we didn't eat it & told them how bad it was. Don't waste your time or money going there!!!!! In response to the arrogant reply to my feedback we didn't have dinner for 4 people only 3 people ordered which was 2 burgers, the satay chicken & onion rings. As far as the alcoholic drinks it was one 30ml nip of bourbon & 1 glass of the cheapest wine which retails for $9 a bottle you charge $6.50 a glass. Also i myself tasted 2 of the meals because the people i was with were too shy to speak up so when the waitress came back & asked us again i gave her the feedback. So unprofessional in your response your attitude says it all i hope everyone reading it can see that. I knew what the prices were before we went I'm saying the quality wasn't there.
