The food was good, but not as large a selection as other KBBQ in Brisbane. Noodles are from a packet. Seating was terrible, Seven people at 1 booth, with a chair stuck on the end of the booth as the seventh seat, and only ONE BBQ plate, for seven people! Half of our party were about 10 minutes late, and while our friends waited, they were badgered by the staff to pay and sit down several times. When we arrived, the only greeting we recieved was a demand to "come inside and pay now" very rude... We had a 730 sitting, for a 90 minute dining session, however, at around 830, several diferent staff came one after the other, and told us that the buffet was being packed up now and we had to get our last food straight away and be gone by 9pm. The stream of staff continued to come to our table between 835 and 850 to tell us to finish and leave. We were a group of 2 families, with kids (3 well behaved 10yr olds) so we weren't rowdy or drunk, and while we were ten minutes late we expected to still be able to finish our session, at 9pm. But, we were badgered constantly from 830 to 855 to finish and leave, and we were ushered out the door at 859; at which point the staff swooped on the buffet and either packed take away for themselves or stood at the buffet feeding out of the leftovers. Absolutely terrible service, rude staff, and not enough time, table space or BBQ plates to properly feed 4 adults and 3 hungry boys. If you've never been to KBBQ before, you might think it's good here, and while the food was quite good, there are far better managed KBBQ restaraunts around. We...

Today is Father's Day 07/09/25, dinner time session 1830-2000. Adult weekends $57 per person and kids age 0-6 for free, age 7 and plus half price. Oh my biscuit... so much meat options and you can't even try them all as I was getting full so quickly lol. There are fresh meats and marinated ones: beef including different kinds of steak and wagyu, chicken and pork belly and stuff. There are sauce sections, a lot of them I don't know so I just grabbed one of each to try. Make sure you grab some sauce, tastes so much better with them and of course GARLIC. BBQ meat and garlic are the perfect combo lol!!! There are also hot meals all Korean style I didn't try all of them. There are deserts, salad bar, noodle bar ( two machines that can cook Korean instant noodle for you but I don't think it's a good idea to eat instant noodles there lol), and deep fried stuff like fried squid legs, fried dumplings ( it's got clear noodles, mushrooms and chives in there, I like it very much), Korean fried chicken wings (3 flavors: original, soy and sweet chilli). There are also some sushi, seaweed rice balls, fruits, deserts and ice cream sticks. Quality wise, pretty good quality: Fruits and meats are pretty fresh. Each kind of food item has got its own tong. Service is pretty good too. Staff will lead you to your seat and introduce you different sections of the buffet. They are friendly and smiley, offer to take away your empty plates and rubbish. We used grill for about 50 mins and it got a bit sticky and burnt, staff didn't offer and change grill...

Came today for a 90 mins session starting at 7:30pm; which would end at 9pm. We had shared two plates of meat between two adults before we went up for our last plate around 8:30pm & half the meat was basically gone besides the less popular meat so I grabbed the remaining marinated wagyu & sliced beef thinking it’d be topped up then sat down. Went back up 10 mins later to check still nothing, went up another five later still nothing so I asked and they informed me they weren’t bringing any more out. Our 90 mins session was actually 60 mins of full selection instead of 90 mins but still full price. Me and my partner both don’t eat pork which was the only meats left. All the sauces were also taken, hot dishes were taken from under heating lamps and stacked bottoms of bowls touching on top of other full bowls of food, salad bar was half empty, remaining food was surround by rushing staff despite not closing for another 30 mins so was uncomfortable grabbing more food and lastly the ice cream was completely melted not once but twice so we didn’t grab another as that’s incorrectly stored diary product. I’m very disappointed for the price paid not only from all just stated but also the overall quality, as stated a couple of the meat were good but the hot food was barely kept warm and lacking flavour (so much to the point we couldn’t eat any already cooked chicken as it was cold to touch almost immediately after picking it up. ) I don’t normally leave reviews but for the price I’m...
