Yuen's Farmers Market — Attraction in Logan City

We are a wholesale customer of yours and we are about to change where we buy our fruit and vegetables. The way that your staff treat your customers and your untrustworthy approach to your regular loyal wholesale customer is an absolute disgrace. I have never worked with a business so disloyal and untrustworthy of a customer that has supported you for more then two years. Let me make this clear we have never ripped you off we never intended to ever rip you off we are a loyal customer that respects our suppliers and understands the importance of business.... Your store needs to smarten up before you lose more customers especially the ones that support you. I was disgusted in the way that I was treated this morning and you should take this review extremely serious if you want your stores to keep growing. This morning I rate your store zero stars but I am forced to give you one. We will give you guys one more chance than our stores across Brisbane will cease to use your services. You need to make sure that your back of house staff smarten up their approach to all of your customers not just your regulars but to every customer that walks through the door you need to work on your customer relations what I see in your store is a bunch of Unhappy staff with a lack of care for your business. This will have a lot to do with their overall employment package I will guarantee it. I am so angry this morning with the way that your staff think they can treat people, I really hope to see an improvement in your store. The owner of the store seems to be an absolute beautiful pleasant lady that has her family working by her side and they look absolutely adorable running their business! your staff are letting you down...

Poor customer service. I was in the queue 3rd or 4th from the line. After me was another person and only one counter was functioning.

Another staff saw the line forming and called for the next person and said to queue at another counter. So being the 3rd or 4th in the line, I walked over. But no one followed since no one heard her.

When 2 minutes of mucking around, she finally opened her counter and by this time the other counter had a long line. After serving the person in front of me, she looked at me like I was cutting the queue. I told her I was in the other queue before and I came over since she said she was opening the counter.

And then she proceeded to insist she was just asking the next person over. Which was unnecessary. If you shop here frequently, you'd know there is a queue for each counter. She could have just panicked when she looked up and saw the long line. She definitely could have handled the...

This place gets quite busy in weekends. Has a great variety of fruits, veggies and other shelfed products.

Their range has bargain consume asap products to great quality products so suits everyones tastes.

The ladies serving are quite professional. They gave me a coin for an Aldi trolley when they noticed we were carrying a lot of things (bargains galore that day!). I returned it after shopping. Granted it was a time when the store was not busy so they were a bit free to do that. They can be quite quick when it's peak time.. Hello, scan, pay, goodbye.. It may seem a bit curt to some people, but it's just efficiency I think. The only thing I would recommend is for them to smile more!
