I do not recommend Chatime (Highpoint Shopping Centre), here is why;
Today, I purchased a drink here for the first time, they didn’t bother to offer me a loyalty card.
I returned to buy two more drinks, three in total in under 2 hours - again no loyalty card. When I enquired again about the card, one young lady told me to download the application but then proceed to charge me without me having a loyalty card set up but I wanted to use it. I asked again for her help before she tells me I needed to show my ‘loyalty card’ BEFORE my order was paid for at the register.
Well, thank you ‘Captain’ obvious, this is why I was asking you about your loyalty card.
I also ordered pearls and coconut jelly, no coconut jelly. So, couldn’t be bothered to let me sign up and now I’ve got two incorrect drink orders. The order was ruined, I asked for half the amount of ice. Sadly, both our drinks were watery and inconsistent in taste, too little pearls too. I tried to call them to complain as we already left Highpoint but no number was available on their Google Business Page.
Now, I won’t bother buying ANY drinks here again. So, keep your loyalty card and I’ll keep my money. No point going to ‘Chatime’ they clearly can’t ‘chat’ whilst taking an order and what’s the point of buying from you if you can’t even hold a simple conversation about your OWN...

I placed a simple order for some bubble tea... after endlessly waiting for 20+minutes, We had to approach the counter questioning where is my order, for them to be confused about the whereabouts of my order. The workers proceed to inform us someone else must have walked off with my order. They then remade a drink, however it was not what I had originally ordered. When I re-approached the staff to inform them they have messed up my order, instead of a simple apology and offer to rectify, I was yelled at and accused of being rude. just take the drink, replace it to the way the customer ordered it and that should have been the end of it.... By employing a bunch of school kids who lack basic customer service and basic common courtesy, you (chatime) are really letting your brand and business down. She slammed a refund on the desk and walked off. I then asked for the contact details of her manager to place a formal complaint- her response was ‘you can find it on google’ utterly immature and vile behaviour from a spoilt little brat who refers to herself as ‘the shift manager’ just outright rude and entitled behaviour, in this day and age, over bubble...
Read moreThe first time I came there, I was confused. I asked "Where are the Boba Tea flavours," and the guy pointed to them. I got strawberry, and he asked, "Would you like more sweetened or like less?" I asked less and he did my order. He the asked if I wanted the pearls or the Boba Jellys, and I turned down the pearls but said yes to the Boba Jellys. He asked "What flavour?" As he points to the Boba Jelly flavours. I said the pearl flavour I think and he said "Ok,". When I got my drink, I got the thin straw, he said " Take this one," and gave me the thick straw. I took it and said "Thank you,". In my thought, of my first time there, I did embarrass myself and no worker cared. They helped me because I was obviously was clueless, and in my opinion, that was kind. I would go back again, not just because of the good reception, but the tea was amazing, and it was very clean! I would highly recommend, and tell all my friends...
