absolutely rude and ignorant. Walked to the waiting sign to be placed at a table. The waiter on the outside directed us to inside to table that was not cleared from previous customers and then as he’s walking off says someone will come take your order and then walks off? Didn’t clean table, didn’t give us menu.

my friend and I waited there, no menus given, no one wanted to clear our table despite there being 6 workers in the cafe alone. All the waiters and waitresses were too busy trying to wash the glass jugs and refill it with water and cleaning the floors to try to head home. Mind you, we entered after 2pm.

Ended up grabbing the menu ourselves, and wait around until finally one waitress came and asked want to start ordering? Like excuse you? How hard is it to say hi, how are you? But let’s dismiss that not everyone likes greeting people.

The only fine moment was when we had to pay, the one waiter that finally had a personality and some customer service was kind and patient and asked us to wait a moment, and how was our meal. Wish I had got his name so he would get more recognition that he deserves. Someone like that would deserve to be the manager.

A manager and at least 6 other workers on site, but only 1 great waiter. Such a disappointment. Manager was too busy showing her grumpy face and trying to clean up and close but couldn’t spend time to clean actual tables?

Ridiculous. Even noticing a few other customers leaving because no one would take their order.

Can not believe this business continues to run...

I would say, for the price do not go to this place. There are some underlying issues with table and waiting service. I arrived and no recognition was given to us waiting in line to get seated. There were a couple in front of us that left because of the wait time whilst there were multiple open tables.

The staff members were very dull and unfriendly. As soon as we got seated and they asked if we wanted drinks and served us drinks, however, after we got our drinks we got no attention from the waiters to take our orders. It took us multiple tries to wave and call before we had our orders taken. When the food finally arrived there were no cutlery set up and we waved for someone to get us cutlery and I’m not sure if that was the manager grabbing us cutlery but they got us two sets and didn’t even bother to set the up or hand it to us, he just chucked it on the table and left us to our devices.

I’m not sure if the case is the employees and the place is understaffed, underpaid and overworked and not incentivise enough to work well but the store owner and management need to step up and provide incentives for the employees to work better or at least try to created a better working culture.

There were also no table numbers and the cashier asked us to repeat our order to them to calculate the final price and the said they couldn’t provide us with a itemised receipt which is very odd.

Needlessly said I will not be coming back after my experience today. The food was just passable for its price. But the overall experience...

Every time I walk past this cafe it’s always packed, so yesterday I decided to go to this cafe with my family since it’s always full and looked great. Unfortunately we walked out leaving in anger and disappointed. The customer service here is disgusting. All staff were rude, not patient and all looked like they did not want to be there. One lady staff member that took our order was absolutely so rude. I wish I got her name. She was short, had dark hair that was tied up, she looked in her 40s and all i remember is her thick black eyeliner on her eyes… she was constantly on her phone, everytime i asked her a question about a food or asked her a question she would give me a blunt look and was very short with me. This lady had attitude problem and the next time I walk past here I will be taking a photo. She treated my family and myself poorly and should not be working in customer service. Know one should be treated like this. She did not want to explain anything and the way she answered our questions very short and blunt was disrespectful with no smile.. Give work to people who deserve it and is great at customer service, not to a person who’s rude, unbothered, always on her phone and has an attitude. I will NOT recommend this cafe to anyone and will NOT be coming back.

Also if you guys going to charge on certain foods, at least have it worth buying and paying that much money. My husband and myself had the poached eggs with bacon and it looked like it was from...
