This shop is the worse in Australia I have never experienced. They called my niece( on student visa) for a trial and asked her to work from 6am till 10:30 am. Before she left, the manager told her that he would call her to discuss about the roster for the following week. She was waiting for 2 weeks, came back to the shop and kindly asked if she got the job otherwise she should get the paid for 4.5 hrs trial. They did not pay her and said that trial would not be paid at all. I spoke to an Asian lady whom on behalf of the manager that it is against the law, she still did not pay, and show me the unpaid trial website, it stated in there that unpaid trial just for the ones who have skills and under supervision to see if that person suits that job or not. They did not diss cussed to my niece that they wouldn’t pay her on trial, they make her work 4.5 hrs and said that enough staff. They also know that students can’t speak up for themselves. They used the labour, I am writing this to warn the people who would like to apply the job there should ask them if they get paid for trial or not especially students, don’t let them use you when they short of staff and use u one go without pay. I was about to report them but thinking about the staff working there, I know some of them are working cash in hand, I don’t want them to get into trouble because of my selfish thinking. Moreover, I would like to leave the message to the lady who is very good in English talked to me that day” you are very good in English but you chose the place that made you very bad karma in the future for helping them cheating the students like that, use your language to help the people in the healthcare industry to get good karma for yourself.” The bad karma will come to this shop I believe and I don’t recommend people apply the job here. A friend of mine went shopping in this store on the 1st of March. She was carrying lots of shopping in hands, and also carrying her nine-months old baby at the same time. When she was at the cashier’ to pay with a $50 note. The lady said the note looked a bit strange and then called the manager to come, who then made a false accusation that my friend was using a counterfeit money. They called in the security guard, then called the police officer ( who’d never come). They refused to let my friend leave, detained her for about an hour. Then the manager couldn’t wait for any longer and left in the end. My friend then took the money to the bank and was told the note was real. She was accused for something she hasn’t done. Her time and the baby’s should be compensated during their unlawful detaintion. Shame on you shopping centre for celebrating international women’s day while discriminating my friend just because she is an Asian. The whole experience is so traumatic to her. Absolutely rubbish food. All Cantaloupe Melon, Strawberries, and continental cucumber was rotten and I managed to use one central of cucumber and also cut the rotten skin of melon. Other cucumber & along "ALL above mentioned" went to a bin. I could not serve for guests.

I managed to use dry ham and salami but they didn't eat because it was dumb dry & old. Again, 80% of ham & salami cucumber went to the bin. Last time I made with Coles was all consumed.

The the plastic sealed package look very nice but when open the package, it becomes another story. Ham and salami break up a part and even worse when cut them in pieces. If the person isn't skillful to roll them, there is no way able to see the rolls like this photo.

It would usually takes 15 min to make them but I took over 3 hours trying to save their food. I would buy at Coles FRESH food in the future. Very...
