Repeated, poor customer service is to blame for my bad review. I live a 5 minute walk from this store and due to its convenience, would love to call it a local favourite. Unfortunately, the staff on 3 separate occasions have been very disinterested and borderline rude. One such example is when I asked about the availability of a product they normally have. My exchange with the blonde lady went as follows - me asking if they had any more of said product. Her simply saying "No, we've run out of that." Cue long pause, to which I asked when they might be getting some more. And her response: "No idea". The opposite of helpful - she made me feel like I was a chore. Worse customer service ever!! Me and my sister will never go back there again to buy anything. We shopped on 3 Nov 2018 at 5pm. In order to get 10% discount, I told the middle age staff lady that I am a member. Upon bringing up my membership, she wanted to see my ID, on top of mobile number with a extremely hostile and rude tone of voice (maybe she is in menopause, who knows..). She told me on my face that "I DO NOT TRUSE YOU!". OMG, I am speechless. If the policy has not changed, you can get 10% instantly if you join the membership on the spot. Why would I fake to be someone else so that I can get $2 discount, especially I've told her my surname correctly and there is only 1 in the system. Went last night - although there is a great array of products, the customer service was quite ordinary. The guy with the 'nutritionist' badge has no idea about customer service - I was unimpressed. Instead of being of assistance while I was checking out the different magnesium tablets, he wanted me to get out of the way as he pushed a trolley down a narrow aisle and stopped in front of where I was looking.
