We visited with our extended family and ordered churros, which arrived with cold chocolate dips. I immediately informed a staff member, expecting a simple replacement. At that point, instead of resolving the issue, the manager refused to replace the dips. To make matters worse, it turned out the original staff member hadn’t even informed the manager and was instead chatting around carelessly.

It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We came for a treat and left with a bitter taste, not because of the food, but due to the sheer arrogance and lack of responsibility shown by the team.

Today we ordered the Chocolate Tapas - after a 20min wait the girl came and said "we don't have any chocolate strawberries left - I'll give you more brownies" almost ran off when I stopped her and said "no thank you, there's already brownies included, so we'll just get some normal strawberries?" She agreed. Then it turns out they're out of the truffles we ordered so they needed to be changed.
