We visited with our extended family and ordered churros, which arrived with cold chocolate dips. I immediately informed a staff member, expecting a simple replacement. Instead, we were met with complete indifference. No one bothered to address the issue—even after waiting over 10 minutes. With restless kids trying to eat cold chocolate, I followed up again.
At that point, instead of resolving the issue, the manager refused to replace the dips. To make matters worse, it turned out the original staff member hadn’t even informed the manager and was instead chatting around carelessly.
Rather than acknowledge the lapse, the manager continued to argue and had the audacity to blame me—claiming I was rude to her staff, even after it was clear they had failed to act.
It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We came for a treat and left with a bitter taste, not because of the food, but due to the sheer arrogance and lack of responsibility shown by the team.
