Town Beach in Port Macquarie is a stunning and popular destination for beachgoers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. Located in the heart of Port Macquarie, this beach boasts golden sands, crystal clear waters, and a range of facilities and amenities for visitors. One of the most appealing features of Town Beach is its accessibility. The beach is situated just a short walk from the town center, making it easy for visitors to access shops, cafes, and other attractions nearby. The beach is also patrolled during the peak season, ensuring the safety of swimmers and surfers. For those who love surfing, Town Beach is a great spot to catch some waves. The beach offers consistent and varied surf breaks, making it suitable for surfers of all levels. There are also several surf schools in the area that offer lessons for beginners or those looking to improve their skills. In addition to surfing, Town Beach is a great place for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. The clear and calm waters are perfect for a refreshing swim, and the soft sands are ideal for lounging in the sun or building sandcastles. The beach is also home to several cafes and restaurants, providing visitors with a range of dining options. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or a full meal, you'll find something to suit your tastes at Town Beach.

Sunsets on this area has never been a failure, sometimes yes, it wont comeout but went it does, its spectacular. There's really not much place to do in port but if you like nature. You'll find this place a nice spot for a walk waiting for sunset or coming up to see how the sun rises.

One of the best beaches I've ever been too. It has everything from surf to walking tracks to the breakwall to picnic areas. Even at night Town Beach is amazing. It's right in the heart of Port. Take walks from Town Beach to either Town Green or Flynns Beach you won't be disappointed.

Very popular family beach, is surf patrolled from start September to end of April each year, long beach approx. 600 metres in length with a large grassy area and large carparking roughly on beach level. Surf club & local café on beach, with a great outdoor gym, park and skatepark area for all to use. Can be very busy during peak holiday season. Some nice walking trails can be followed either to town break wall, Mrs York's garden or follow trail around to windmill hill and Flynn's beaches. The Astronomical observatory is available for viewings from 715 pm Wednesdays &...
