We found this cafe an amazing place to visit and dine. You must try the secret family dish Lamb and eggplant pasta what a great tasting meal one of the best I have had in a while. We also tried their cake range ..😲 so nice esp the Bluberry and lemon cake. The prices were surprisingly good and great value for money and made fresh. My lamb dish was only $17 and great value for money worth every cent. Or you can go across the road to the Poet Corner and pay $28 for a toastie and can't sit where you want to as the owner we were told reserves the good viewing tables all day with out bookings and doesnt want to use them. Go figure, hence we left and went across the road. When you walk into Priscilla's your made to feel welcome until you leave. 5 star service. Seriously do yourself a favour and go there and enjoy the beautiful garden and verandah atmosphere. Can't recommend it enough! Improvemet ideas; 1. Upgrade the menu to dot point and include prices because they are so good. 2. A bell at front desk when you both busy out back and miss a client. Today one asked us if they had coffee went it but couldnt see anyone and left. Bigger coffee signs because for coffee snobs even like us your coffee flavour was outstanding. All in all we look forward to...
Read moreFor a town that relies heavily on tourism, you wouldn’t think this place has any awareness… walked in to order afternoon tea and was confronted with an unstaffed counter and no bell to alert staff to our presence. We could here staff washing dishes just behind an open door in the kitchen… so I said hello loud enough to have been heard. We were completely ignored, until finally a woman comes out… not only did she fail to apologise for leaving us waiting, but there was no explanation or even a hello. The only thing she managed to do efficiently was take our payment. Another badly run business that deserves to meet its natural demise. Won’t be back. Coffee was awful and overpriced. $4 for a bottle of water. The only store that does service well and values their customers in this town, is Fudgy Boombahs and they’ve been consistent the 20+yrs we’ve been...
Read moreI passed by by chance and fell in love with this place as soon as I entered. 🤍
The paintings in the gallery are all beautiful.
Great coffee, desserts and home made dishes. Unexpectedly delicious!
Compared with other cafes in the town, this place has a warm and peaceful atmosphere, which is magical! 💐
All the furnishings can be seen that the owner carefully selected and matched them.
It's a pity that I only came three times this year, and I will return to Taiwan later. There is no such warm, spacious and comfortable cafe in Taipei where you can sit all day.
I believe anyone who comes here will not be disappointed. I hope I will have the opportunity to visit this place again in a few years, thank you for...
