Off to dinner we went, and as we stepped through the doors of Fiorio & Co, we were transported to a lavish restaurant in France, a truly immersive experience. 🇫🇷

We were greeted by Thomas (Chef) & Kristy, whose warm welcome set the tone for an exceptional evening, as we were seated and presented with the divine menu for the night. Every dish sounded like a masterpiece, making it a challenge to choose just one.

We decided on chèvre chaud for entree, Confit de canard avec purée de pommes de terre et jus au porto & mousse au chocolat & baba au rhum for dessert, a culinary journey that would leave us in awe.

Wow is all I can say, as the high quality authentic French food was nothing short of sensational, a true testament to the Chef's expertise. Every single bite was divine, a credit to the Chef's unwavering commitment to excellence, and it is no wonder that this French cuisine is the talk of the Sunshine Coast, a beacon of excellence.

Oh my God. Just WOW! Hands down, the absolute best pizza we've ever had. Kristy and Tom are the most gracious host's. They are extremely welcoming and their service is second to none. Even though they were busy, they took the time to chat with us and they are so friendly. Tom, you have absolutely perfected your pizza bases. Bellissimo, and the fresh ingredients you use on top of your pizza's are top notch. We were in Montville on holiday's from the Gold Coast, but we would definitely take the trip up, even just for an hour to taste one of your delicious pizza's any day of the week. Absolutely all round amazing dining experience. If we could give you more than a 5 star rating, we would. I recently dined at Fiorio & Co in Montville, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The cozy and inviting atmosphere made for a perfect evening.

I ordered the Pizza della Foresta, which featured a perfectly thin and crispy crust topped with a delightful mix of mushrooms and melted cheese. The flavors were rich and authentic, truly reminiscent of Italy.

For dessert, I indulged in both the Lemon Slice and the Tiramisu. The lemon slice was refreshingly light, offering a zesty finish to the meal, while the tiramisu was creamy and indulgent, striking the perfect balance of sweetness.
