Have the worst experience with the nail shop at level 2. Went there with mum and sisters today. We told them we have four person and they said they can do the service for us but have to wait which is fine. We showed them the design we wanted and they confirmed that they can do it. However, when we started to do it, the lady said they don’t have the colours we wanted and asked us to use a similar colour which is fine too. The worst thing is that she said she can’t do the design we wanted as they were lacked of accessories. She asked us to find another design so we searched from online and whatever we showed them they said they couldn’t do it. Mum and myself had been waiting for about an hour and she skipped us and provide service to another customer who came later and also asked us to change the design as they don’t have time for what we wanted. This is ridiculous, if you cannot do it or don’t have the accessories you should told us beforehand instead of trying to earn money and say you can do whatever we want and end up saying can’t do anything.
