I have ordered twice from these guys and both times have been very happy with them. My first purchase wasn’t the right fit for me (no fault, just wasn’t quite what I was expecting) so I had to return and while some may find it a bit annoying having to go through the process of emailing them personally, I didn’t find it to troubling and got an answer back very soon (1 day at most). The money then went back on my card a few days after they received the return and it was “approved”, which probably sounds a bit more serious than it is. Second order was perfect. This shop offers a wide collection of bath & body products, high quality stationery, homewares, textiles, & more, from beloved quality brands which can sometimes be quite difficult to find in stores across NSW.

The products aren't cheap, but they are not at all overpriced for the quality you are receiving as well as the service they provide. The folks here are extremely welcoming, kind, & happy to help you find whatever you are looking for.

I couldn't recommend taking a little adventure here enough, and I personally will be looking for any excuse to visit whenever I'm in the area!

I ordered a product as a gift for my son that was unfortunately not fit for purpose, and so left a review highlighting this. The SBT people got in touch with me immediately and offered to send an alternative product that they thought would meet my son's needs at no extra cost. They shipped it directly to him, and he was over the moon as the product (a Kinto Travel Tumbler) was not only perfect but even better than the original we had ordered.
