I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred at your Macarthur Square store involving one of your employees given I’ve received no response via your online contact form.
During my visit, the staff member became extremely rude, aggressive, and confrontational after I had brought a drink on the app unaware they were closed as the order went though. She began swearing at me and displaying threatening behaviour, including body language that made it appear as though she wanted to physically fight me. I was shocked and deeply distressed by this unprofessional conduct.
The employees exact words were “You wanna go!” Initiating in a physical fight.
As a result of this incident, I no longer feel safe entering the shop or even walking near the store, as I am genuinely concerned that the employee may attempt to approach or physically harm me in the future. No customer should ever be made to feel unsafe in this way.
I respectfully request that this matter be investigated as a priority and that appropriate action is taken. I am available to provide further details if required and am happy to speak with someone directly.

The previous staff were good conversationalist, were very outgoing and would brighten my day whenever I would go in. When found to my dismay, the previous staff were no longer, I started to receive poor service, and watered down drinks. Fast forward two years and I thought I would give my old favourite Chatime another go. Biggest mistake. Business owner is very rude and doesn’t smile. Staff are very incompetent and need to be re-trained. They are very chatty and ignorant of their surroundings discussing personal conversations while customers are around, very unprofessional.
