Ogalo Macarthur Square — Restaurant in Sydney

Not a good customer service at all.

The female staff at the counter seemed very irritated and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work . Firstly she couldn’t hear me then the staff asked if it was to have in or take away. We asked for our meal to be have at the food court. Yet we still got our food as a take away. When I told her it was to have here not take away her reply”l didn’t make it ok it’s not my fault “ and walks to the back kitchen yelling . Another staff comes out not knowing what’s happening. Staff started saying you can’t talk to her like that it’s busy time.

It’s not my problem if it busy or not. It’s your job to fulfill customer needs specifically if you have made an offer to the customer.

If you know it busy and you can’t handle it just don’t offer in the future.

I was in the food court in macarthur square and had a hankering for some hot chips. I surveyed the options and straight away knew that ogalo was my pick as I have eaten at so many ogalo stores and never have I been disappointed. The owner was incredibly friendly to me with a terrific sense of humour. I wasn't even planning to review his store but his personality made me realise that he and his store deserved the recognition (not that ogalo needs any help from me) I asked him to salt my chips with the thought of giving me a coronary, which he did to perfection. There is no doubt that I am coming back. Now as you are in a very large shopping mall there are plenty of public toilets and free 3 hour parking . I...

The preggo wrap is amazing, the chips are also okay. The service is always sub par, never greeted with a smile or welcoming at all which sets the whole mood.

Small servings on the chip side I've never seen a line here, so you always get served immediately, doesn't normally take too long on the order. I only go for the preggo wrap if it ever changes for the worse, the rating will be a 1 and I will not go back or recommend.

Update: Never add salt, even when you ask for salt on the chips. None. Everytime. Multiple multiple times now, I think we are done with...
