They keep getting my order wrong, and the bowls are only half filled? I’ve sent messages on the fishbowl app but there’s no reply or correspondence! For two orders in a row, my wives and my order are mixed up (she wanted cabbage and I wanted rice). I estimate that there is a mistake about a third of the times we order. The large bowls are also only often half filled when they arrive. To add insult to the injury, there is no phone number to call or some way to complain, but it seems as though the only avenue of contacting them is a dead end. I’ve ordered from this place many times, and they have disappointed regularly, today’s mistake was the straw that broke the camels back. Unfortunately, I’ll keep ordering as there are not many healthy food alternatives around here, but I would not recommend this terrible business to anyone. If you were to contact me Fishbowl, and at least apologise/offer exchange/refund, I’ll change my review. Read moreThe food is good, like other branches, but the service I got today was atrocious. I ordered through the app and requested the dressing on the side, and added a note asking not to mix the two dressings, as I wanted it separately, as I’ve done before.
Upon pickup, I noticed they had mixed the dressing and then I proceeded to ask to have it separately. Then the lady told me that if I wanted each of the dressings to be separate I should’ve added a note to the order otherwise the dressings would be mixed together…well, read again?! So I showed her the docket (which she didn’t read) and she begrudgingly went to get the dressings each in a separate container.
When she came back, she said this time she wouldn’t charge me but next time I’d have to pay for it??? What??? Then told me these are new regulations, what is this?? When I expressed my frustration this other lady joins in and says “it’s because of the environment!”.
All this drama whilst my wife asked for the same thing, and no one said anything about her order.

Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service at Fishbowl Rosebery. I placed a large team lunch order (16 bowls), through their website at 9:30am for a 12:00pm pickup. When I arrived, the food was nearly ready, but not a single bowl was labeled. For an order of this size, that is completely unacceptable.
This caused a lot of confusion, as there are many customisation options (bases, proteins, toppings), and it was impossible to tell which bowl belonged to whom. Staff had to open every bowl and guess what was inside, a process that delayed pickup by another 30 minutes. Even after labeling, many of the bowls were mixed up.
This level of disorganisation is concerning, especially given the risk to customers with food allergies. We were fortunate no one in our group had any, or it could have been dangerous.
For a business that thrives on customised meals, proper labeling should be standard practice, especially for group or pre-orders. I strongly suggest Fishbowl Rosebery ensures proper labeling in the future to avoid confusion and potential...
