did not listen to what l ordered and when l told them my drink l order does not come with basil seeds they were rude and said it does and l explained that I've gotten a GRAPE V energy drink from 2 other Gong cha places and they didnt put basil seeds to which they replied that it does indeed come with it and the other places are making it wrong so with "good graces" they made me my drink again without the basil seeds and me who is none the wiser walked off with said drink to later on discover they again have given me the wrong drink l asked for the Grape V energy drink instead they gave me Grape green tea. the store was empty with no customers only workers how about you actually do the job your getting paid for which is to make and serve the drinks that the customer has ordered instead of giving filthy looks and rolling your eyes and when a customer does say there order is wrong and they repeat what theyve asked for how about you listen instead of mocking how the...

16.07.25 around 11 am, my friend and i showed up to the gong cha stall in the food court. Mind you, there were absolutely no customers other than us. Whilst we were looking at the menu to decide what to pick (mind you this whole process took like 2 or 3 mins max), the lady serving and the guy at the back gave up the dirtiest looks for absolutely no reason. We were obviously confused with the options and the pricing that wasn't straight away clear to us as it was our first time ordering from this place.. and it wasn't like we were pulling back the queue or delaying anyone else.. away from the language barrier, which is already making this difficult.. the rudeness was very unnecessary.. This will be our first and last time...

Thursday evening 16 Nov. We order the Willy Wonka limited drink with the bottle in the photo. The girl gave us the display drink which has been sitting outside in room temperature. We asked for a newly made drink and she was annoyed and did some small talk with her work mate. She even told us that drink is okay when we requested the new one. We refused and demanded a new one.
