You can take the stairs from the lookout reserve & walk down to the North Bondi Rocks.. The rocky flat cliff area requires a light hike & may need to do some stone jumping to avoid ocean puddles in or around the rocky cliffs or to avoid slight gaps in the rocks.. Never less the views are amazing.. overlooking the Bondi coastline, ocean & sandstone cliff areas. The cliffs are a unique form of patterns shapes, textures.. They're A natural wonder., eroded due to the ocean climate & foreshore waves... Located Just under the lookout reserve also known as Ben Buckler's leap, on the flat rocky cliff area where many fishermen have been seen to fish..stands a huge large rock boulder unmissable due to its size (the size of a car) with unique shape & form.. This rock stands alone on the flat rocky cliffs & appears like a piece of rock art on display.... It is rumoured to have been spat out by a sea storm that passed Bondi's coastal seas during 1912 & has been there ever since.. Looking up at the enormity of the sandstone cliffs or down from the lookout you will be amazed by Colours, textures, patterns, & natural design of the cliffs.. they're a natural wonder.. Making you feel like the size of an ant in comparison... The trail from the lookout leads to the rock pools at the Northern end of Bondi beach the view from here at sunset & dusk is almost magical with the last daylight reflecting off the ocean waves as the atmosphere darkens & the city lights start to turn on the shadows & movements of surfers are glimpsed catching the last...
