Little L Burgers — Restaurant in Sydney

I can confidently say this was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The chicken burger I ordered was an absolute disaster from start to finish.

First, the wait time was unbearable. I stood in line for over 30 minutes, only to be greeted by a rude and uninterested staff member who clearly didn’t care about customer service. When I finally received my order, the packaging was greasy and unappealing.

The burger itself was a complete disappointment. The bun was stale and crumbled with every bite, making it impossible to enjoy. The chicken patty was dry, overcooked, and lacked any seasoning, leaving it tasteless and tough. To make matters worse, the toppings were sparse and wilted, as if they had been sitting out for days. The lettuce was limp, the tomatoes were mushy, and the sauce was sloppily applied, drowning the entire burger in a sickly-sweet mess.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the side of fries I ordered was cold and soggy, clearly having been left out for far too long. The entire meal was an utter letdown, and I felt nauseous after just a few bites.

I tried to give the store another chance by speaking to the manager, but they were dismissive and unapologetic, offering no solution or compensation for the dreadful food and poor service.

Overall, I would never recommend thid place to anyone. Save your money and your stomach—there are far better places to get a chicken burger that won’t leave you feeling disappointed and sick. This place is an...

My husband and I have dined at Little L’s in Bondi and Coogee for many years, highly recommending it to all our friends and family and raving about the freshness of the food. It came as a shock yesterday when we ordered takeaway from the Bondi store at around 8pm - meal with fries… my husband saw one of the workers pull out a tied up plastic ‘rubbish’ like bag from UNDER A CUPBOARD ON THE FLOOR and started pulling out ALREADY COOKED hot chips from this plastic bag and placed them into our takeaway meal. My husband confronted and questioned him immediately as he was watching as it was happening (the worker hadn’t noticed him up until now) and asked him to put on fresh fries not ones that had been in in a bag for god knows how long. The worker apologised and made new fries. Something is definitely not right here, this experience has really turned us...

I don't think I would do well living without it.

I look forward to little L's twice a week, on my midweek order I get the "it's a wrap" combo with extra chicken. For my main weekend L's I hit a big chilli combo or a sizzler combo with extra chicken. It is something I look forward to, but then experience great sadness right after I have the last bite, because I have to wait another 4 days for my hit.

Im full blown addicted to this burger. It is to the point that I get a bit funny when I hear of people eating burgers from a different place, sure it is their choice, but it's highly offensive to me.
