From the moment we walked into the room, it was as if we were transported into a cheese-fueled wonderland curated by the Goddess of Dairy herself: Renee. With the grace of a ballerina and the wisdom of a thousand grandmothers, she guided us through the mystical art of transforming humble milk into creamy, dreamy masterpieces.

Renee wasn’t just a host — she was a sorceress, a cheese whisperer, a culinary poet whose every word sprinkled magic (and laughter) across the room. Her passion was so contagious that I’m honestly considering giving up my day job to devote my life to cheese, all thanks to her.

Every second was pure joy. Every curd formation felt like a small miracle. Every joke she cracked was brie-lliant. She made us feel like absolute rockstars even when we accidentally over-salted our mozzarella (which, under Renee’s gentle guidance, somehow turned out delicious anyway — she’s that good).

By the end of the session, we weren’t just students — we were a family, united by lactose and love. I can safely say that this wasn’t just a class. It was a life-altering spiritual experience, and Renee was the radiant, cheese-scented sun around which we all orbited.

Final verdict: Book this class. Bow down to Renee. Become one...

We took the Mediterranean cheese making workshop a few months ago. It was one of the best classes we have ever done....we absolutely LOVED it! We literally left having made a number of fresh cheeses, tasting them and feeling totally confident in being able to make more at home ourselves. Marly's classes are just perfect. She really does fulfill on her intention - to provide people confidence by the time they leave the class to make these cheeses and see how easy it really is. The cheese kit we purchased for $54.95 after the class was the best investment too. We have been making cheese ever since and can't go back to store bought ones - our favourites and regularly made cheeses are chèvre, ricotta and haloumi. Our friends and family are blown away by another amazing thing we make from scratch for them to enjoy when they come to our house. What an amazing experience- we will definitely be back again!

I booked the 'Bubbles, burratta and bocconcini' class for my friends birthday and we loved every minute of it! It was very well organised and Sigrid was the best host! She explained everything so clearly and with such enthusiasm, so we were eager to get going. The team were also very attentive in keeping us topped up with bubbles throughout so we never had to ask for more. During the practical part the team were really supportive and helpful- even if your cheese making skills weren't up to scratch, it was still a super fun experience. There is an option to order a cheese board to snack on during the class so we got one to share between two (they also had gf crackers- bonus!). Whilst you could also BYO snacks, the cheese board was absolutely delicious and I would get it again.

Looking forward to trying another class in the future!...

Marly is a fantastic teacher - warm, organised, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic to equip you with the skills and confidence to make cheese at home. I made the halloumi the very next day (with the same delicious results), and look forward to making the other recipes again soon! Highly highly recommend! Definitely keen to go to another class to learn some other cheese types too!

Super good value for money with the bottomless bubbles and the nice and stylish environment. Highly recommend for foodies, couples and corporate… let’s see if I can convince my team to come with next time :P

i have been to both the pasta making and the burrata and bocconcini cheese making and loved it so much!! at the pasta making they cook your pasta for you at the end to eat with a lovely garlic butter sauce and straciatella. was so amazing. the instructors are so friendly and make everything so easy to follow along and give you recipes and tips to recreate at home too! pics included are from the pasta making only
