Very poor customer service. Today around 5pm, I ordered 10 milk teas with no ice and standard sugar. The staff member said she couldn’t make them without ice. I told her it was okay if it took extra time, but she replied that she was working alone and it was too much work for her. There were no other customers in the store, and she was just on her phone.
This actually happened before as well, just last week with the same staff member. I ordered 6 drinks with no ice, and she said I ordered too many and she refused to make them without ice so I had to cancel a few. I understand it’s a large order, but especially on a cold day like today, I didn’t want ice in my drinks. I’ve never experienced this issue at any other bubble tea shop — they always accommodate without complaint.
It would have been fine if she had at least apologised, but she didn’t even say sorry and was very disrespectful and rude.

To make it worse, the sign on the shop said they actually open at 11:30am instead. It felt like such a waste of time and really disappointing, because if the hours had been accurate in the first place, I wouldn’t have gone out of my way just to be left...

Over an hour after the posted opening time share tea still wasn’t open. No signage or other means of communication to let customers know of a problem...
