As a local resident we’re very happy to the developments in the area, especially the Community Building, playground and open spaces provided to the local communities. However, I was surprised to see the retailer (Egg of the universe yoga studio) in the white community building doesn’t pay respect or share understanding of the value of community. One Saturday a couple of weeks ago my 2yr old toddler walked into the studio thru the auto door by accident. He was thrilled and excited as usual and I quickly followed in to stop him. A lady sitting behind the counter with no smile or any warm greeting gave us a hard “Shh!”. I was so shocked! Does she understand her studio just locates next to a playground. I would kindly suggest Mirvac to replace the auto door with normal swing door to avoid future accidents and disturbances...

Sports courts such as basketball and tennis courts are newly designed yet merely cleaned and repainted. The booking system is somewhat flawed as they require a lock and key and online reservation. Moreover, this creates confusion for participants willing to have a individual 20 minute session in the basketball court then forcing to lock the gates leaving the rest of the hour block booking vacant and unusable.
Was informed the booking system will be looked at but for now this downfall leaves much to be desired...
