Sublime Skin and Wellness, Blue Mountains (formerly Spa Sublime) — Attraction in Sydney

I booked a couple’s stone massage and a facial for my partner on 6 September, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there was zero customer service.

The massage itself was terrible, most of the session was wasted on delays, and in the end, we received barely half of the promised treatment time. To make matters worse, we were left covered in oil and were not allowed to shower or use the spa facilities afterward.

The spa room was just an extension of the treatment area, and our request to use the proper spa facilities was ignored. Staff seemed unwilling to accommodate us and came up with excuses instead.

For $600, this was outrageously overpriced and completely unacceptable. What was meant to be a special day was ruined. You would get a far better experience at a regular Thai massage place for a fraction of the price.

I will be contacting management to request a refund, and I strongly advise others not to fall...

We had the best experience with Cindy, Elisha, Lynda and Mia. From helping fit all four of us into a Spar-Tea package, to the best treatment we've ever had, all the way to the end, they went above and beyond and we are still raving on about how wonderful Spa Sublime is. We were celebrating as a relaxing hens group over the long weekend, and they exceeded all expectations. Definitely don't hesitate to book with these folks, as they know what they're doing, and do it so well and gracefully. Our bride was so relaxed at the end, and further, Cindy🤗 helped maintain the quirky high tea part as a surprise within a surprise (the bride knew we had a high tea, but we were all surprised by the kind of high tea it was ;)), so it made the whole experience extra special and unexpectedly hilarious. I love the facials they have and the scalp treatment. I nearly fell asleep during the facial. Mia is so nice! I didn’t know what décolletage meant but she didn’t make me feel stupid about it at all. Mia has also done fake tans for me and she was so personable and friendly. The fake tan was also freaking amazing, i went the darkest colour and it turned out great, it wasn’t orange at all, i genuinely looked like an african goddess hahaha. It started to fade after about 3 days but it wasn't patchy and it was easy to exfoliate off when it started to look gross.

Such friendly and down to earth staff. They are skilled and knowledgable and they care about making you feel welcome. I left Spa Sublime feeling so good about myself. I will always choose Spa Sublime...
