THIEVES! They charged me for someone else’s order then give some story that they can’t refund and their boss has to do it, this was Saturday. Come Monday still nothing refunded so I go back and they of course they don’t really remember me and then can’t do anything unless they call the “boss”. I demanded my $50 be paid back to be asked for my account details ummm sorry what?! What were they going to use when they promised to refund on the Saturday? I stood my ground and demanded my money or I was going to the police as they outright stole from me and tried to keep it. I have shopped here for 12 plus years but NEVER again! I will be sure to pass onto everyone I know not to buy from a bunch of thieves. If I didn’t go there I wouldn’t have got my money back....
