Get physical proof when you cancel with a staff member (should have known better) otherwise they'll shaft you for extra money.

The most incompetent staff I've ever experienced. I couldn't cancel through the app as it didn't work after I tried it numerous times and they did also. Then I was told not to worry about it because he could do it at reception and after 3 times confirming that it was cancelled, in person ,(in German and English) It actually wasn't cancelled and I had to pay for 2 months of membership (84€) I couldn't possibly use as I wasn't in the country (which I literally explained to him) because they said "It is only possible through the app" good that their staff said I could do it in person then. They also said I'd have to pay an extra month to cancel now. Which I then had to waste time, while travelling, emailing back and forth including sending a picture of the staff member who "cancelled" my membership and so on to actually have the time and fee to cancel waived.

Honestly how useless can you be!!!

I will never return.

Also worth noting it is far too expensive for what is offered and during peak times is unbearably full...

To be honest there are many reasons to why I would not recommend Clever Fit 1020. It is always so dirty in the toilets, i can only speak on behalf of the females section but it is stinks and also never has been properly refilled with paper etc. The staff are just little boys and if you ever ask for help on the weekend they just say " I don't know". + nobody is ever at the front to greet you or to help. The protein shake ad on: it costs 19,90 a month and half of time I go to use it, it is either empty or does not work and they of course have no compensation or allow you to have another free drink instead. ( they just don't care). + when you do get to drink them they're extremely weak tasting and not worth the price in my opinion. To me it seems they're made weak on purpose. Complete language barrier with the man at the entrance after ringing the bell and waiting for 15 minutes. His German was not understandable and nor did he speak English or any other languages... So he could not even assist in issues/ not really sure how he does his job...

I attended clever fit at the Austria campus using a 5 day pass. On the 5th day I went to the gym at opening time and the doors were locked with many other members waiting. I waited for a significant amount of time and left as no staff came to open. I emailed management to ask for refund for that particular day but recieved no reply. I consider this as theft when the take your money but do not honour the service. I was told that this happens occasionally, were staff do not open the gym at the posted time. The gym itself was fine but reliability...
