Staff was just standing in the front on the first floor (all you can eat / running sushi). Cold welcome, also the staff doesn’t speak ANY english. We asked for a table for six. Got seated at the back (only 2 people got to be seated next to the running sushi rail.) We kindly asked if at least 2 out of 6 may be seated somewhere else, but got shut down and looked at weird for even asking. (Only 1 other family was eating here, so the restaurant was basically empty. BAD SIGN) We asked because it was hard to choose what everyone wanted, especially the two sitting most far away from the running rail (You can’t even see what’s coming by on the rail.) Now let’s talk about the food. It looked like its been spinning there for awhile and not being renewed after a certain period of time. The food is being heated by a heather in the tube it’s running through. And the same for the cold tube but then with cold air of course. Some of the food looks like it’s old and some are old. Like the sweet chicken, very chewy outside. And the edamame was really old (I’ll add a picture). Only positive thing is that the staff do pick up the plates from time to time like a 5 minute timer.

The food has various varieties but it’s a bit salty. Overall okayish food for cheap price. But the service was very horrible. The lady on ground floor was yelling all the time. I ate Ginza box big and I took two fortune cookies because I misunderstood that I could take more than one. When the lady said that I couldn’t, I tried to pay for the extra one because it is written 20 cents for it but she wouldn’t accept and keep shouting at me and say 5 euro. I give it back but she was still yelling. I paid there to eat and not for free so it was very rude.

Much better then expected! We truly enjoyed our time at the running sushi even if we were in a hurry. The atmosphere is really calm and you can definitely relax and enjoy the food while the music plays in the background! We have been a second time after this and it reminded the same. We payed around 40€ which covers the drinks and all you can eat buffet. It's cheap and you definitely have quite a variety of choices. Thank you! Will definitely come again ✨

Worst Asian restaurant I have ever been to. The buffet was the size of a shoebox, the food tasted like it had sat there all day after it sat in the fridge for a few months, and the workers were unpleasant. I watched the lady working yell at a guy for "taking too much" in his to-go box and charged him an extra amount. The lady working also kept death-glaring at everyone in the restaurant. My wife and I both felt poor for the rest of the night after eating here. She got the chicken teriyaki, which was either not chicken or extremely poor quality, not enough sauce, and the extra rice (€2.50) was slightly dry. The only upside was the fact that it was pretty cheap...
