Just came from there and sat to write about my experience. I was so excited to come here and planned to visit Friday so that I can enjoy a pleasant time. And it was nice at the beginning, not so at the end.

Me and my partner often draw together at coffee shops. We thought it would be great to draw outside the sitting area of this shop. We ordered Americano and the Beef croissant, which were delicious I must say. But, when we were drawing one staff hovering around us and multiple times made excuses to clean our table. We did not think anything at first but later he kept hovering and felt like he wanted us to leave, which was very uncomfortable. Our doubts were clear when we saw that he left the place after we were leaving.

Fun fact: We noticed that they behave particularly nicely with foreigners but they shift their behavior when they talk with native people. Mentioning this because it proves that they CAN behave nicely if they choose to. This is so unexpected from a renowned coffee place...

I recently visited North End in Dhanmondi and had an incredible experience!

Food: 🍽️ 5/5 The caramel frappe was an absolute delight. The cappuccino paired with a brownie and chocolate chip cookie is a must-try. We also had the sandwich, which was nothing short of amazing.

Service: 🌟 5/5 Exceptional service with friendly and efficient staff.

Environment: 🌿 4/5 A great place to chill with friends or get some office work done on your laptop. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming.

Overall, I’d highly recommend North End with a solid 9.5 out of 10. It’s definitely a spot you don't want to miss!
