A red velvet french toast made with brioche bread, chocolate drizzle all-day and cream cheese filling. It was crisp and had a pleasant texture. Cream cheese filling was sandwiched between the toast and whipped cream put on top. The cream cheese gave the toast a rich flavor, and they harmonized well together in the mouth🤤. Every taste of this luscious, creamy dessert is packed with surprises.

✨BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK PANCAKE 🥞 [💸: 475++ bdt/-]

It is their signature dish! Honestly, Its been on my radar for a long time. I was really excited to try it. It comes with double layer buttermilk pancakes cooked slow to make them fluffy! Topped with blueberry sauce and their secret recipe cream cheese. The dessert had a tangy, sweet and creamy texture all together 😋. The pancakes were so soft and the blueberry jam along the cream cheese made it one of my favourite. You can't miss it whenever you visit @whitecanarycafe. Highly recommended 🙌

✨CREAMY SHRIMP PASTA 🍝 [💸: 565++ bdt/-]

Its a pasta made with shrimp 🍤 , edible latter with flowers, mozzarella cheese, garllc and red pepper serve with a creamy sauce that adds so much richness to the cheese foundation! The ratio of spaghetti to prawns was excellent as well. Definitely recommended

✨WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA ☕️ [💸: 365++ bdt/-] Large Size

I absolutely loved their white chocolate mocha. It's my go to drink. So sweet and rich, and not too much of a bitter coffee taste. So much better than their regular mochas!

✨MOCHA FRAPPE 🥤 [💸: 310++ bdt/-] Medium Size

The mocha frappe was creamy and sweet, with a present but not overpowering flavor. The chocolate was present, and this may just been me, but the chocolate didn’t stand out much. It was average 😕.

I think white canary’s dessert deserves a little more attention to dessert lovers. Though the prices might seem high, but who minds paying for some worthy food 😊

!!! NEGATIVE REVIEWS !!! Having recently arrived in Bangladesh, I was eager to indulge in the much-acclaimed brunch items at the White Canary Cafe. After hearing countless rave reviews, my expectations were sky-high. However, upon visiting the establishment, I was left sorely disappointed, wondering why this place had garnered so much hype.

Firstly, let's talk about the food itself. Me & my friends ordered a sandwich and the Benedict, both of which turned out to be excessively salty. It seemed as though the chef had gone overboard with the seasoning, completely overpowering the flavors of the ingredients. The Alfredo pasta, while comparatively better, failed to redeem the overall dining experience. Even the highly recommended Harley Quinn dish, although enjoyable, fell short of the lofty expectations set by the enthusiastic reviews.

Furthermore, it wasn't just the food that failed to impress me; the service at White Canary Cafe was equally underwhelming. I had expected a warm and attentive staff, but alas, that was not the case. The service was lackluster and disorganized, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. I must highlight a specific incident that further contributed to my dissatisfaction with the White Canary Cafe—the service. Upon being seated, our waiter informed us that he would serve us coffee first, to which we agreed. However, the promised coffee didn't arrive until the very end of our meal, long after we had finished eating. It left me wondering how much time it takes to prepare a simple double shot espresso or a cappuccino. While I understand that a well-crafted cappuccino might require some time, an espresso should be a relatively quick process. To make matters worse, when we called the waiter to request the bill, he was preoccupied with a phone call. It's disappointing to be ignored when you're ready to settle the bill and leave the premises. Considering the delay in coffee service and the waiter's inattentiveness, it became evident that the overall service at White Canary Cafe did not meet even the most basic expectations. The food is pretty good, but the service desperately needs work. We ordered coffees and the classic Belgian waffle, and wanted ice cream as an add-on. On the menu it said that the waffle is served with maple syrup. While ordering, the waiter said that we have to come and choose the ice cream flavor from Marble slab creamery. When we went to choose, we were informed that only vanilla ice cream will be served with the waffle as add-on, and that's not from Marble Slab. Confused, we said okay and went back to our seats. The waffle was served with cream cheese icing, which we had not asked for. We mistook it for ice cream and spread it on the waffle. We were confused about the little amount that was served, and realized what it was after we tasted it. There was no maple syrup. We called the waiter again and asked for the maple syrup, and he said that we have to order it separately. When we showed him the text on the menu, he brought it for us. Then we asked him about the ice cream, and he said that the ice cream that is usually served on the waffle is finished, so we have to order from Marble slab and pay separately. As you can imagine, by then we were pretty annoyed, and it was embarrassing as we were there with elderly relatives. We had already purchased ice creams from Marble slab and we ended up dumping one of the cups of ice cream on the waffle and eating it.

On the plus side, our coffees were really good. I would highly recommend the dark chocolate mocha. Also, the waffle itself was one of the best waffles I have had in Dhaka. Please improve your service so that I can go...
