KOI Thé Bangladesh - Uttara — Attraction in Dhaka Metropolitan

In one word, sucked. Being a loyal customer of Koi The, this branch highly disappointed me. Golden bubble milk tea has been my go to order since I first had it in the Dhanmondi branch. Gulshan branch never disappointed me either but this branch sucked. I ordered it in Full sugar/100% sugar and less ice like i always do. The tea they gave me had raw milk with zero sugar in it and the server had the audacity to argue that this was somehow our fault for ordering 100% sugar level and not their “full level” and they didn’t do anything about it. Koi The management should really do something about the staff and quality of their drink in Uttara branch because this branch is literally dragging the name of Koi The and it breaks my heart to see one of my favourite tea place getting dragged because of one branch’s...

If u wanna waste your money then you can come here. All they offer is nothing but tasteless beverages to be honest. And the pricing is ridiculously high. I felt I was ripped off for a small sized caramel milk tea which didn't even taste like it had caramel. If you add bubbles they charge an extra 125 tk. What's the point of promoting bubble tea if you are gonna charge extra for that? Shouldn't those be included in the drink in the first place ? A small Ovaltine macchiato is priced at 500 tk. Why? On top of that you'll need to pay separately if you want to add some bubbles which will come around to 650-700. For ONE SMALL drink. After hearing lots of good stuff about their Dhandmondi and Gulshan branch, I was eagerly waiting to taste their tea at Uttara branch. But as the saying goes, "All that glitters is not gold." Koi The Uttara branch has disappointed me a big time. I have ordered their Golden bubble milk tea with less ice and 100% sugar levels, and what I got is a total garbage. The milk was raw without a touch of sweetness or any taste. The bubbles were the only thing for which I could finish only 1/3rd of it.
