Great Ambiance, and good choice of music down- and upstairs.

Although Rude bouncer at the door. I was looking for a friend outside. only put my nose out for 10 seconds. and they were fussing about me standing in the doorway looking for a friend. I was holding the beer (still in the glass bottle) for that friend who went outside as I wasn't sure if I could go out with it (for hazzardous reason). they were talking to me in a rude tone if I wanted to go out or stay in. A bit baffled and stunned by the rudeness stood there like a nitwit. They pulled me outside giving me a sleight bruise. I talked back at them in Dutch explaining the above (wich they didn't seem to understand or at least I didn't had the impression)

If they would only said "Céder le passage S.V.P." (keep the entrance clear please) it would have ended my great night...

A great selection of drinks, live music on friday and saturday night, party upstairs with a dj and also a dj downstairs after the live music is done. The crowd is a nice mix of locals, tourists, young and not so young. Often there's a great party vibe. Fans of live music can come here. Party people can go upstairs. So there's something for everybody in this bar and late at night, everybody becomes everybody's friend. Love coming here. Friendly staff. Not the bar where you come to sit quietely but if you love the action of a night out, this is the place to be. I went into this pub last Wednesday evening alone and was harassed and shouted at by two American guys at the bar. They were calling me Fggt and other offensive things shouting at me, threatening me with violence if I didn’t leave. The bar staff were less than a meter away and just watched but did nothing. I just left because I sensed I was in danger and I would have gotten no help from the staff if it had escalated. They weren’t interested, I even think maybe they had a laugh about it after I’d gone.
