No hands cleaning/wiping involved anyhow. What the heck?! I ended up throwing away my cone, I was not willing to eat what someone touched with dirty hands. Big portions, but I am not sure it adds any value as there's not point to get an ice cream there. I am not familiar with the "regular" ice cream shop in Ostende; I strongly doubt this is one of the best...

"I'll start with the most important part: the ice cream here is amazing. Seriously, I've had about ten different flavors and they've all been a hit. The quality and taste are truly top-notch, and that's what makes this a difficult review to write. The reason for the low rating is the poor customer service. On my most recent visit, I made a simple request for a mix of two flavors. The person serving me, though very polite, immediately dismissed the idea as 'impossible.' First time in Oostende for the weekend and we heard a lot of good comments about this place so for sure we had to try it out and yesss definitely we loved it so much, they are really good, real gelato like you’re eating in italy, they have so many flavors, the staffs were super friendly so this is a #mustvisitplace if you are in Oostende! 💯...
