I have been colouring my hair as long as I know and used to struggle finding a hair stylist I trusted and enjoyed until Zeeba salon and Spa in Aurora. Being hesitant from once having my hair almost ruined in the past, I decided to give it a shot as I have heard a lot about Zeeba salon through word of mouth. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service was horrendous, and the staff had no experience at all. The salon was filthy, with dust and hair everywhere. I went in for just a wash and blow dry, but they completely ignored my requests and did whatever they wanted for me, my sister, and my mother. To make matters worse, they gave my mother an uneven haircut and refused to listen to any of our concerns. I'm still trying to remove all the product they used in my hair, and it's left my hair in terrible condition. We were also overcharged, even though a different price had been quoted initially. I brought my mother-in-law to this hair salon, and we couldn't be happier with our visit. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who greeted us with genuine kindness. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly, making us feel instantly comfortable.
