Gong cha Brampton — Attraction in Brampton

I had the pleasure of visiting Gong Cha, a popular boba store that is well-known for its delicious drinks and vibey atmosphere. My experience at Gong Cha was amazing, thanks in large part to the friendly staff and the lively environment.

As soon as I walked into Gong Cha, I was greeted by a welcoming atmosphere. The place was decorated with modern decorations and the upbeat music added to the overall energy of the space. The staff were incredibly friendly, and they greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in.

The menu at Gong Cha was extensive, and there were so many delicious drinks to choose from. I ordered a classic mango smoothie and it was one of the best I've ever had. The mangos were blended smoothly and had a great texture, and the sweetness was just the right amount. The drink was served in a nicely designed cup, with a straw that seemed to be made out of reuse-able material.

One thing I did notice, however, was that the seating arrangements were a bit limited. Although the place had a great vibe, I wish there were more seats available for people to hang out at. That being said, the store was still buzzing with people, which added to the energetic atmosphere.

Overall, my experience at Gong Cha was fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and vibey. Came here as it was a newer store location. We placed an order for 4 drinks -2J brown sugar oolong milk tea (8/10) -Peach green tea (7/10) -Matcha Mango w/mango kanten jelly (6/10) due to flavour profile of this drink didn’t match other locations I’ve been. -Passionfruit lychee green tea (7/10) Overall the most of the drinks were made okay but it came down to the actual tapiocas being too hard. Also having a difficult time with the employee that served our drinks due to finding out after they tried to charge a bag fee. This would of been okay if the question was asked while placing our 4 drink order from the start instead mentioning it when our drinks were finally finished, and on...

I went here for a Matcha Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls, the person who was taking the order told me they were out of stock for Tapioca Pearls, and hence I asked her for some other toppings, I asked her about the description of Coconut Jelly, and I asked her if it was sweet or not, she said not too sweet so I told her to add that, with less ice, 70% sugar. The Matcha Milk Tea that she gave me had no taste of Matcha as the sweetness of Jelly had overcome the bitter taste of matcha, the jelly wasn’t even coconut, it was something else more like lychee, there was very less milk in my tea and lots of ice, the cashier was not friendly and not helpful.
