I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Lisa at the Tsawwasssen Sephora location was unacceptable and needs to be addressed. Her attitude was shockingly unprofessional and completely unhelpful. Rather than assisting me with a straightforward return, she seemed more focused on protecting her sales commission than actually helping a paying customer.
She flat-out refused to process a valid return, despite all the required documentation being in order. Instead of offering solutions, she kept making excuses and putting up roadblocks, clearly trying to discourage the return and push me to keep items I no longer wanted. It felt manipulative and unethicalâlike she cared more about her bottom line than Sephoraâs customer service values.
Whatâs worse is that I, as the customer, was left to suffer the consequences of her poor behavior. I wasted time, energy, and felt deeply disrespected. Sephora promises hassle-free returns, but Lisa made it feel like an interrogation.
If Sephora wants to maintain its reputation, they seriously need to retrain Lisa or reconsider if sheâs fit for a customer-facing role. No one should have to deal with that kind of dismissive, profit-driven attitude in a store that prides itself on service.

We went there but didnât buy anything and we had no bags in our hands but for some reason front doorâs alarm went on while we were exiting so i know when things like this happens employees usually check the bags to see if their is any tags left on but we were empty handed so woman on front with big fake eyebrows said wait i will call someone to check and my boyfriend said there is nothing to check we donât have any bags but she made us wait and then security guy came and he said there is nothing to check you guys can go it was so embarrassing and still bothering me she must be thinking that security guy going to strip check us or something.    Read moreHad an issue with brow bar sign ups, But once I booked and got them done 5/5 . Went from a bushy to clean and shaped, my brows have never looked better! Guneet was able to give me recommendations and made sure I was okay with everything as it was my 1st time. She was also able to let me know some of the other services I could get done.
First time I went in I asked for a shade match(In general) and walked out with everything I needed for a basic clean look. I've had issues locating some products, but the girls I asked have been super helpful and super welcoming.
