Umi Teriyaki and Sushi — Restaurant in British Columbia

I was looking for a lunch meal that has veggies included so I chose this food store because their teriyaki package has meat, rice and vegetables. I was surprised in a negative way and disappointed when I opened my food package. The vegetables includes only so few bean sprouts and take note 2 very tiny as in very tiny brocolli. Wow, and so I thought I give a review for people to know. A lot of people are giving business for these types of food stalls but I believe there must be fairness from their part. I checked again the picture on their dashboard which shows carrots,mushrooms, and bigger pieces of brocolli. Common restaurant owner, pls don't do it, and be fair to your customers. I also notice the server isn't pleasant like not smiling, too serious. I believe if your working in customer service to be at least be people person. For me this food stall deserves only 1 star. Pandemic already hit us with a lot of realizations. For the restaurant owner, it's not all about money. Its how you'll make other people treated fairly. Went to order a bento box and a bowl of udon from the Tsawwassen Mall branch a few weeks ago. First of all, the food looks good! They make an effort to present them in a nice way, which is something you don't usually get from a fast food resto in-house or in a food court. The serving is not too large and not too small either, just enough, complete with sides and all the bonus of extra meats in there on the udon. About the taste, everything is yummy! I had leftovers in the end and I asked a staff for a food container. The staff smiled and did not hesitate, and even gave me a plastic bag without me asking! Good costumer service indeed, because I've been to other food courts where staff will give you a nasty look before they provide food containers (as if you should have ordered "to go" instead of "inside" so staff would have put your order in those containers and not waste their plates) or worse, even charge a dollar for take out box! Will definitely order again at this Umi Teriyaki branch...

So, after a really long day of shopping for boots. We finally decided to head to TM for the Browns outlet. Needed some food, so thought this would be a healthy and fresh choice. Maybe it was just an off day but the food was so cold and really just not good. I actually couldn't eat it. I had a couple bites of the yam fries, which were smothered in mayo, super greasy. My Prawn teriyaki, I had to spit out. I know this is mall food, but this can be prepared on the spot and fresh pretty easily and have a better result.
