I went in to get the Green Glow around 5:10PM. I was trying to scan my membership and she said I have to pay first. Although I know some places require you to pay before scanning membership, I have never had to do it at Jugo Juice. Anyways, I pay and she tries to scan my barcode. She calls over her coworker and she learns she needed to scan my barcode before I paid. The two of them tried figuring out how to give me my points while a long line forms behind me. After about 8-10 minutes, they tell me “Sorry, maybe next time.” Then a third woman comes from the back, why wasn’t she called out earlier to complete the orders before mine? That way, the people who ordered before me wouldn’t need to wait on the two workers to figure out my membership before getting their drinks.
