What's even more surprising is that when I politely pointed out that, as a business owner, it's essential to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, he still refused to apologize.

It was Sunday and our daughter wanted to get ice cream but the mall already closed at 7. I saw a guy at the counter cleaning up and I asked if I could still buy ice Cream for my daughter.
