Has gone really downhill since the change in owners.

The first time I went, after the two young people argued in chinese for a while, the young female gave me a drink without ice. Once I went back to complain it was way too warm and it should have ice, she tried to convince me it is normal to have bubble tea without ice.

Second time, my husband's taro milk tea was so weak, it mostly tasted like just milk. Ironically my passionfruit bubble tea was so strong it felt like it was just dumped with syrup. This one was made by a middle aged woman.

Either way, won't be coming back again which is a shame since I loved the last owners. Little Tea shop in metrotown is 1000% better...

The customer service is worst. I simply said i want pineapple juice no sugar. They gave me my juice with water LOL when i said juice how it comes with water i really don’t understand. When i agreed with the suggestion then he said i need to pay extra and also he refused me to give d refund and for the new drink. When i asked my drink back she gave me half of the drink that is not acceptable. M pretty sure he gave me my previous drink from d garbage. Totally disgusting. Such a horrible service and horrible people. I will never ever...

My first time at this bubble tea shop was absolutely delightful! We got the brown sugar pearl milk tea and one with oat milk – both were incredibly delicious and satisfying. Their drinks are always so flavorful and refreshing, and the boba pearls are perfectly chewy. The variety of options they offer is fantastic, and the person who works there is super nice and friendly, making my first visit a memorable one.
