Cowboys Park — Attraction in Calgary

This is a wonderful park and I was lucky finding it and visiting it today. It's a large, large and beautiful area full of flowers but only few seats.

Maybe I will be happier if there is an additional number of seats, but it's not an issue as you will discover that it's better to walk there and enjoy other activities rather than only sitting.

There are two areas to do activities. First one is a basketball playground where you can play with your friends, but you should bring your own basket ball for sure.

Second one is a skateboard playground. Actually, it's a large area, so if you like skating, then it's the destination that you should consider visiting soon.

I would suggest you to bring bottles of water with you as you will enjoy staying here for a long time and do many activities.

The pary is beautiful. The music at the Round Up Festival was superb!!! I have one major complaint. I was the DD for our group which is the norm for us. I am proud to be the one to get my friends and I home safely. I usually drink my diet soda as my enjoyment for the events and other outings. There was no Coke, Pepsi or any other soda advertised anywhere Not even juice. I went all day drinking only water. That really sucked!! I have never been to or heard of an event with only water for people who did not consume alcohol!! The beer tent had NONE. At least not without adding alcohol. Very disappointing! Even in the food tent.... none. Maybe the private sections or VIPs.... But really??? Not going again for...

Well I normally like this park when it had the pride festival and has the vegan festival at this time and this year I went to the vegan festival and my mom could not stop picking up rusted metal Styx there aren't pieces that are long curly metal sticks and rusted there was a lot of dogs there this year and he confessed could have got hurt or young children I was very disappointed this is why I put dislike and only gave it two stars I think before you put an event on or constantly keeping an eye on the grass cuz that's where we found the rusted metal sticks I don't like to see kids or animals hurt because this is lying around in a beautiful park it has good events there but this experience...
