I've never seen an outdoors playground this size in Calgary. What I like the most is the fact they took into consideration different ages for children to play safely. Example, there is a whole station for toddlers to 4 years old. With little swings and a rather short slide. The other corner I really like is the musical one: the kids can play drums or hitting a very long set of metallic pipes creating very interesting sounds. Read moreWe have gone there a few times for football games. It amazes me how cold the wind can get in the fall at this park. It feels like you're sitting in a wind tunnel at times! The fields are in good shape, but the lack of a concession at all games means you need to plan ahead and bring your own food. The good news is that there is a tim Hortons, KFC and DQ nearby for options. The parking is limited if there is a big event (all fields going at once) so you need to be patient when arriving...

All the garbage was full and people started throwing trash outside of the bins. This is not a very good way to maintain a park for sure.
