However, they only start working on your order once you announce yourself, which is kind of awkward, as there is a lineup and only one person at the front desk. You are supposed to barge in that line-up as per the manager who was very belligerent in contradicting the email info. All that, instead of just giving me the order. Chicken is usually good, however at times seems stuck together as parts are soggy, and it's very greasy. Need to be separated in the fryer. Gravy is tasteless and looks nothing like the coupon brown gravy. About the coupons. The idiot owner took them out of the register system before they expired! Lady tried to charge me $10 more on a $30 coupon. Took a good 25 minutes to get them to honor the VALID coupon and get my food! The staff handled it the best they could, taking my advice to call the owner. Not my 1st or even fourth choice! Especially when there are many other options in the immediate area. Apparently, you can not buy just a bucket and have to get sides. Anyways.
Even worse, the clerk told me, " Sorry, we are out of dark meat." I said that was OK, then they said there was "a charge for all white meat."
What what? You have no dark meat, but you are going to force me to pay an extra charge for all white meat?
They spoke to an angry lady in the kitchen and came back and said, "The manager says extra charge and that dark meat would be at least 25 minutes."
