Will not be back. I don’t normally post reviews because I don’t like to damage a local business however it was a horrible experience. My pho was around 18 dollars in total. I like adding vegetables to pho as I usually will choose vegetarian pho which they don’t serve. Was charged over 4 dollars to add vegetables and soup was Approx 14 I think. The serving was the smallest I have ever had at any pho place. No water served when we arrived and not even offered. I asked for extra limes as I like mine sour and was given 1 piece not even a full piece but a piece cut in half. A half napkin was given with no opportunity to get more, no napkin holders in dining area. Pho taste was average. Have had way better but choose to come here because it was close to hospital and had 4.6 review on google.

Dining area is small, bathroom not clean and clearly it is not meant for dine in but more for grab and go. Random things stored in dining room.

We stopped in to grab food between appts I had a baby and small child with me. My phone had died and there were no plugs in dining room. I asked owner if he could plug it in for me for couple minutes so I could get directions back to children’s hospital and he said no. I had to ask a random person outside for directions as my phone would not charge in the car. I understand maybe a fear of breaching information ??? If I plugged my phone in to a wall but like clearly a woman with 2 children is not trying to do this . I was so put off and almost missed our appointment

Well Done! Not the best Vietnamese sub I’ve had… but I cannot diss it and it definitely deserves credit . … amazing flavours. Their take is a little different than the traditional but I really enjoyed it.Perfect arranged veggies ….as I prefer thinner angle cut top cucumbers and the carrot ratio is spot on (just enough to enjoy it 😋) …. Best part is the cilantro portion ……it is top notch and plentiful , I would normally have to ask for extra at many of my other trials after a taste of what is the “norm”.. I tried this place and ordered it straight up with no instructions….” satay” chefs special beef and chicken mix ….they met the mark for sure … can never have enough Cilantro so will ask for extra next time for sure…cause I can never have enough of that!. However …. The bun could be more dry… or flakey … It was slightly dowey, but was toasted well and obviously fresh … well done overall . Also, they have amazing Hot and Sour soup (veggie style). They have frozen portions which is perfect 👍. They also have candied roasted walnuts but not during summer 😢(only late fall and winter due to ambient temps and humidity…. They are amazing and ridiculously additive. 7 out of 5 stars overall…....

My wife and I stopped in for a bite one hour before close. Immediately the service was poor. No greeting, despite being a very small space. We ordered a couple of Pho and asked for water, only to have the owner point at a cooler filled with beverages (including bottled water). I explained that I just wanted a glass of water. He said ok. The Pho was nothing to write home about, but what is worthy of noting is the portion size. Very very small bowl for what one would pay for a large bowl elsewhere. In addition, the amount of protein was obviously controlled in each bowl. Never did receive water. Awful service. While we were in the tiny dining room we heard the phone ring at least twice and it went unanswered. Later a man came in to place an order and he explained to the owner that he had called and nobody answered. The owner went on to tell the customer that Rogers is to blame, in that they have had problems all week with the phone lines. Avoid this place. Much tastier places not far from...
